The "and Leicester" thing in Over Land and Sea as referred to down the thread... That was sung by us through to the 90s... When we sing the over land and sea chant I still have the urge to put "and Leicester" on the end if that line.

Re: View from the Opp - Leicester
Leicester, have had just about the fewest injuries this season and have suffered only one soft tissue injury all season and are well below the average on every other measure.
Difficult to calculate, but knowing your squad, generally how do you think you would have fared with a few more injuries?

If you win the title, Lineker has promised to do Match of the Day in his keks, do you think the country is ready for that?

What is the ridiculous blue tape that Vardy wraps around his wrist all about? If it's to heal a broken wrist then I'd suggest it's not working as he's been wearing it for the last 3 years.

One of the great opening lines in a pop song is this:

"i've been to Leicester it's the home of Benson shoe"

How do you feel about that?

Is it in the least bit galling that all the fans from other clubs don't actually care if you win the league they're more concerned over Spurs not winning it?

Will the Major European clubs fans be singing a new version of 'Living next door to Alice' next season

Leicester who the fuck are Leicester?

Do you feel slightly embarrass that your top of the premier league, but still insist on time wasting even when your drawing 0-0?

Re: View from the Opp - Leicester
Last season at the start of your great escape we lost 2-1 at your place with our fans singing 'going down down down' for a good 35 minutes non stop. How much of a psychological kick up your arse did it give your players and spur you on to the title this season ?

I've been the Leicester twice, both times Andy King has scored the winner in a 2-1 defeat with 5 minutes to go. Will he be in the team on sunday as it'll be printing money ?

Just visited your page on historical kits.

http://www.historicalkits.co.uk/Leicester_City/Leicester_City.htm

It's all endearingly amateur - when you wore claret and blue halved shirts, some of the team wore a shirt with a claret right side and a blue left, and some one with the colours the other way around, as if you had bought a load of claret shirts and a load of blue shirts and then cut them in half before sewing together non-matching halves.

And you wore a badge with a fox looking like it was drawn by a six year old for a generation.

Do you miss this, or are you imagining a future of slick professionalism?

How do you feel you will cope next season when you pick-up 1) an injury 2) a suspension or 3) a dubious decision doesn’t go in your favour ?
